The Shock and Awe of brand recovery.

As we emerge from what seems like an eternal lockdown, the conversation is turning to how the brands that have weathered the past 12months (thrived or survived) can ensure resilience, relevance and importantly growth.

Kantar hosted a brilliant and thought provoking discussion on just this with the Marketing Society yesterday. They outlined strategies to help elevate local brands and drive a strong recovery. 

What was really clear from the debate was that getting closer to your consumers is more important than ever. And not close in a ‘mountain of data’ kind of way. Brands need to get intimately close. Really listen to their audience.
